It was a nasty dunk...so what it was on Tim.

Yes, ESPN loves Lebron and hates the Spurs. Much like the rest of the country.

Its been like that since 99

    Quit crying bout it already.

every message board cries that their team is hated by ESPN, even the lakers board at times.

so really I don't think so, they do love lebron and it's very annoying to hear about how he might sign with the knicks blahblahblah before his contract is nowhere near over, and how this one quote was shoved under the rug:

LeBron James on whether he has ever thought about playing for the New York Knicks: ''No, that might be worse than that fan running out on the court.''

    http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/rumors/p...?urn=nba,70377

the only reason why lebron continues with this crap is because he loves the attention and the drama, when he'll just end up resigning with the cavs.

They actually made a Top 10 list of dunks on Shawn Bradley. I remember Derek Anderson having a vicious one.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NEWA8MjVXBg

I'll be honest, I kind of felt sorry for him after a while.
The most ed up part about that was the motivation behind it: SB had just announced his retirement.

I'd have to say my all-time favorites are:

    1) Pippen on Ewing + the teabag
    2) Vince Carter climbing Mutombo at Georgia Tech (not the one they showed in the top 10)
    3) Tom Chambers on Mark Jackson
    4) Vince Carter up and under reverse on Chris Mullin
    5) Starks on Grant

it doesnt matter cause spurs swept the cavs' ass that year. lebron can get all the highlights and hype he wants but at the end of the day tim will have his rings while princess james will still be crying to ferry to give him help.

The only thing Ferry does is to bring in 2nd rounder all stars to help James.

TD's ego can easily handle being dunked on with a little humor thrown in.. LeBron, on the other hand, wouldprobably need therapy if the same thing happened to him on national TV.

ferry has been a great GM actually, he turned larry hughes damon jones donyell marshall etc, into mo williams, delonte west, ben wallace, and ben wallace was turned into Shaq. now that they signed parker and moon to fill the swingmen voids they are a much stronger team that last year.

R.C is also a great gm, if not the best in the league.

What's funny is that LBDumbass actually had that picture in his locker AFTER his team got swept. I guess he didn't take his ass-whippin' personally.

Was the list just NBA dunks, or dunks in general. It shouldn't really matter. This is the greatest dunk I've ever seen, and easily Top 5 of all time.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=91PHBZOIYOs
That was ranked 3rd, I believe. Lebron's over TD was number one.

It was a crappy 1 and 2, and I thought VC's dunk in the Olympics should have been 1.

i remember that bull , then in game 1 of the finals that same year Tim shoved one down in his face and played perimeter D on lebron and lebron's nuts shrivled up on national TV.
That's the one LeBron keeps a picture of in his locker. A reporter told Duncan about the picture during the '07 Finals. Duncan offered to sign it for LeBron.
I remember that. LOL. Duncan's sense of humor is awesome. LeBron is so immature at times and it seems like he doesn't get it yet.
Well he is still pretty young.
After, what, 7 years in the league? If he doesn't get it yet, he probably won't.

What about Tom Chambers putting his knee on a players shoulder and elevating over him for a dunk? How does that not show up as well?

And I don't remember the Carter Olympic dunk showing up. I'll look again, but that's BY FAR the greatest in game dunk ever imo.

The VC Olympic dunk is not on the list. I just watched it again, although the video shifts from #4 to #2, I guess the Jordan dunk is #2.

Although, out of all those dunks I saw, the Jordan one was the best. The drive, the cutback, spin move, dunk. I remember watching it live.

But none of those top jumping over a 7'2" man to dunk.
