It's not as much about being obsessed as it is about giving Cowboys fans what they deserve. Like the Lakers fan base, about 90% of Cowboys fans think Dallas is God's gift to pro football..and that no matter what is happening all other fans should take the time to acknowledge their greatness. It's what makes you post all those pictures from the past. You feel the need to show people how great you are when the fact is you haven't been anything in a very, very long time. , last season one of the Dallas paper's websites posted a graphic proclaiming that nothing could stop them from winning the Superbowl this year. Lol...try winning damn playoff game first.
It's this sort of en led behavior that leads to threads like this. It leads to fans of other teams enjoying sticking the large end of the baseball bat up Cowboys' fans asses every year they fail. Then Cowboys fans come on here and post things like, "I'm gonna stop being a Cowboys fan because this hurts too much." You can carry that down the street bro. You sit there and enjoy that bat and every damn splinter that comes with it. You have ing earned it.
BTW, I know that every fan base has good fans and you may or may not be one of them. This thread is not for you if you are. It is for your brethren majority that has set themselves up to receive exactly what this thread is dishing out.
You say that every fan base has good and bad fans...but then at the same time say you're giving Dallas fans what they deserve...what about the other teams? the only team you seem to bag on is Dallas. Now..I respect you..I do...but it's pretty sad that you act like every Cowboys fan is the same way, and then say there are good fans. You say that last year one of the Dallas newspaper's website said they were going to win the Superbowl, and nothing could stop them. , ESPN said the same damn thing. It's not just about the franchise or the fans..it's everyone else too...a LOT of people were saying it. I wasn't..I liked our chances, but you never know what can happen. Injuries, cancers, and locker room issues kept us from the playoffs. We're another team..just like any other team. Sure, our fans may be a little louder than others at times...but we don't think we deserve anything over any other teams...we just cheer for the star.
