As for Obama's kept promises; none of them are the major ones upon which he campaigned. However, many of the unkept and stalled ones are.

You're right. I should have listed the promises to which I was referring. I didn't know there was a website keeping track of over 600 of them. You know, if you make enough promises, you're bound to accidentally keep a few of them.
Out of over 600 they're tracking, he's kept 32? What are the percentages on that? About 5%, I think. Considering he's falling in the polls and losing political capital along the way, I don't see him accomplishing much more than that.
