How jou know know it was her and not jour husband? Maybe he's got a drug problem.
Pinche rishers!
Thanks guys, I feel certain firing her without the extra pay is the morally rght thing to do now.
How jou know know it was her and not jour husband? Maybe he's got a drug problem.
Pinche rishers!
dude you can hire me if ur gonna give me all that ... and i promise ill only steal 1 thing per year
If you want to prove she's a thief, set up a hidden camera and brag about new jewelry.
Fire her ass and clean your own damn house!![]()
Not a bad idea.
Anyone know where I can get a spycam to put in her room?
I'm giving her 1 weeks notice, so she'll be out by Friday the 7th. Seriously, I want to set one up, so if anyone know about how this stuff works let me know.
I would already have had all of her in the front yard by now.![]()
Catching her in the act might result in the return of your property if she gave some of your items to family members or a pawn shop.
Well one thing a year is better than all the stuff she's taken from us.
And, I don't even want to think about the items I don't even know about.
you're giving her a week? and letting her stay in your house that week? i think that's a bad move, personally.
I own a janitorial and maid company. I highly recommend that the next person you hire be bonded and insured. You could have recouped your losses had you hired someone legit.
Unless he's trying to catch her in the act otherwise letting her stay is a horrible idea. Unless he wants to hit it one more time.
He is a She, I believe
Wtf your helper lady sure is helping herself to a lot of your . Kick her ass out.
WHATEVER!!!!!![]()
Maybe she wants to hit it one more time.
You and my brother are strong as .Even though I know she stole from me, I would feel bad putting her out without letting her get her together and making arrangements to go back home.
Now, you guys are thinking! Maybe I can bust her in the act. I wonder if the SPY place is still open here in SA.
She's from Mexico and has no other place to stay. Plus, she has a lot of stuff here. A closet full of clothes, purses, boxes of other . Seriously, I was shocked when I went into her room and saw all the stuff she has.
That's the plan. I'm going on the net to see if I can buy a spy cam. I'm seriously thinking about trying to catch her in the act.
That $4500 watch is worth more than everything I own that isn't a home/vehicle.
You should invest your money better. Spend $4500 on large things that can't be pocketed. If I had thousands of dollars of jewelry/wallets/shoes or whatever, I wouldn't hire some illegal for $10 a week.
Just let her go. Catching her in the act isn't gonna get any of your stuff back. Its all pawned off by now and if she's a maid she can't afford to pay you back anyways.
bad move. she has to have friends. i'd have to be cold and kick her out right then and there. i'm not going to house someone for a week that i just fired. i'm just thinking of the worst. hopefully she isn't related to the other crazy that diced up her kid.
Well, she's not illegal and I pay her several thousands of dollars per year, so she doesn't get paid 10 dollars a week...
You might be right about just letting her go and eating my losses. I was just thinking maybe she gave the jewelry to her family but then again, I doubt she would ever return it. So, maybe I won't do the spycam thing.
As far as investments, I work pretty hard as does my spouse, we can afford the items. Our investments are not dependent on extraneous items like jewelry, they are just gifts, but they meant a lot to me.![]()

$10/week?? Where can I find one of these?
There's nothing to feel bad about. She dug her own grave by ripping you off. She doesn't have a place to stay? Too bad. She shouldn't have stolen from you.
As someone else stated, if she's living in your house with no lease/rental/boarding agreement, I'm pretty sure all bets are off. Your home is her place of employment. Where I work, loss prevention has the right to search my locker or my backpack if they have reason to suspect I'm stealing from the company.
Sounds to me like you have enough evidence to prove she ripped you off. You should feel free to fire her and pay her only for time she has worked but has yet to be paid for. If you had to let her go for financial reasons, I could see feeling bad. But, this ripped off you and your family. As sensei Kreese says....NO MERCY!!!
Fire her, kick her out immediately, give her a day to get all her out. Done.
Oh, and go in her room again and get all your stuff back that's left before she's given the heave ho!
