i guess he is next

Good interview. Funny how Nelly backed down.
that last tatoo touching for his father. What else was spoken of?
just talked about rj, his tattoo and Neil challenging him for a shootout and backing out lol
If you missed it, First Take has a rerun immediately following this show, so look for it around 12:35.
101 3s out 109 wow. mason should win the 3 point shootout next year
The tattoo and shootout stories were told on his twitter. And also this one.
MoneyMase: Good morning!! I'm in NY city today. Going to be on ESPN first take around 11:30 am. Check me out!
how come u didnt tell us about that if u knew?
How long has he called himself "MoneyMase"??
Since last season? Probably when he hits some game winning shots, I remember he was called Roger "Money" Mason then. Before he came to SA I've read some articles about him, and the word "Money" was never mentioned.
After his performance in the playoffs last year, I can't imagine why anyone calls him Money.
Too bad the host didn't ask him any questions about the recent acquisitions and the prospects for the upcoming season.
sweet. I baptized him "money" mason last year.![]()

thanks for the link, Mel_13.
I really hope Mason doesnt have a Udoka type year. We need his clutch shooting.
Thanks, Mel. Nice interview. Mason definitely has a great at ude. Like to hear that he's still confident and ready for next season.
I have a feeling next year could be a big year for Mason. He'll have the all-important "year under his belt" and as long as he doesn't get thrown into the point guard fiasco again, he should have more room to flourish as a shooter with the additions of Jeff and Dyce. If he can manage to make the Three-Point Shootout again, that has to mean good things for the Spurs.
considers himself the best 3pt shooter in the league. i know shooters are all supposed to have this mentality, but it was still nice to hear him say it.
esp. since he answered the question calmly and not in a chest thumping bravado kind of way
It would have been nice if he had made a couple of those "3's" in the playoffs. He disappeared on us. That was horrible. Did he even make 1 ? Against Dallas ?
"We've all seen Nelly 'ball'"Damn that was ing annoying.
RMJ Jr. Rocks.
