That is my favorite 80's song, hands down. We used to dance like crazy people to that song ... at Bluebonnet Palace.
When Bluebonnet Palace also used to be cool.![]()

Do you remember Doc Holliday's on Fred. Rd?
You aren't human if you didn't dance to this when it came out.
i turned 21 in '95
I was in line at a convenience store last week and that song came on the radio behind the counter. Within about 15 seconds everyone (myself, the three others in the line, and the clerk) were all either humming or singing along.
MTV was coool but when started airing room raiders and parental control (lame) thats when they felll offff
MTV has never been cool.
Every time I pay child support to that !
How about scratch, Desperado, and the corral?
I had a DJ business back in the 80s it was called spin masters and I worked part time at the Bonham Exchange with Eddie kicking Cruz. I submitted some tapes to the FM stations on Saturday night they had all Mix tapes go against each other. In those days all 12 inch LPs would mix well together.
I even saw Andrew Ashwood I think he was with Q96 remember that station?
My favorite was mixing Native lover with DOA
This dude I loved even though he lip sync at Scratch.
and you cant forget....
We used to get complaints form the parents when we played this.
Keep in mind Youtube has the G rated version the song says throw that and is very nasty!
The funky thing is after seeing Accept and Judas priest to go dancing to this.
Oh yea......Mouse is bringing back alot of memories for me.![]()
Mouse, do you remember a place called Daddy's on Fred. Rd. too?
I saw the Romantics there.
We had a game called Assassins in college where, if you saw someone from the group on the street (Comm Ave. in Boston), and they recognized you, you both had to start singing this until you passed each other.
I live near Comm Ave. in Boston![]()
mardigan mentioned already but I had to post the video.
Also a shout out to the video that first made grammar school Spurminator learn to appreciate the Sideboob.
How could I forget Daddy's? If you couldn't get laid at Daddy's you may as well donate your to science!
Did you ever go to the Gopher hole?
Thanks to MTV folks in San Antonio got to hear music normally played up north.
