V Collet confirmed that TP will play against Finland saturday because TP wants to play and nobody can prevent him from doing that.
Props to France
Do you think TP will play next game after this win?

I guess we'll never know, but IMO French NT showed great heart and that's the reason of this win.
For the past few years, this team missed team chemistry, I've seen that tonight. Add the natural talent of Batum and Pietrus, the experience of Jeanneau at the point, and the ice in the veins of the 20 yo Diot for his 1st game with NT and you got this win.
Hopefully, they'll play again as a team next games.
Didnt know the younger Pietrus could play.
Florent is older.
Florent Piétrus is 28.
Mickaël Piétrus is 27.
My bad. Thanks.
Very interested to see how Ian does.
With F. Pietrus last year, France would already be qualified for the Euro champs.
IMO Flo Pietrus is the most consistent yet underrated player in the NT. This guy is very athletic, scores loads of dunks and grabs a bunch of rebounds. And he's solid every game, win or lose.
well, apparently, from the last articles on the net, TP should not play too much tonight.
The french staff should use him depending on the score (which could mean that if French NT does well, TP could not even play maybe, or just begin the two halves if he's starter, don't know)
Does Pietrus' brother play in Europe?
He plays in Spain. I don't follow European basketball much, but I heard he's far from a star in his team too... Yet he is excellent with Les Bleus.
Less than one hour until gametime.
Any word on if/how much Tony will play?
Parker listed among the 12 for France. No Mahinmi.

Is this link going to show video, or is it just a boxscore?
Parker will play but only short stints and limited minutes. French NT staff will be careful.
Stream but only for the first half:
