You better hope you avoid the Pats again. Steelers and their fans dread thinking about a healthy Tom Brady. I wouldnt mind Pitts having the #1 seed. Brady owns them at Heinz in the playoffs.

I'm not good at being a Spursfan90210 type homer.
Texas have a nice team on paper. I would like to see them finally overcome that hurdle and make it into the playoffs.
Houston will be 2nd in the division after the Colts.
lol ans
lol Jags
How do you feel about the Colts this year? Alot of people including a buddy of mine who is a die hard colts fan doesnt see them doing much due to losing Dungy and Harrison. I expect the Colts to be in the thick of things as long as Manning is the qb.
Anything Harrison has done the last 2 years can be replaced by Gonzo. I'm pretty confident the D will be better too. And following the trend, this is Sanders' year to be healthy![]()
Pats, Colts, Chargers, and ans are all superior to the stealers
Just getting to the Super Bowl was good enough that year. No Patriots fan with a functional brain thought they were gonna be within 20 points of the Bears.
...and I was like 4 years old when that happened.
A little off-topic, but...............
LOL Romo
You could always post in the Cowboys suck chodes thread. Let's keep all the hating in one spot.![]()
This is the deal, holmes. Caldwell was Dungy's man, not Irsay's or Polian's. He was with Dungy since Tampa so I like to think he was around long enough to be able to keep the ship floating the way it was from a playcalling standpoint. Everyone knows the Colts already have a team capable of winning the Super Bowl, the problem they've always had in the Peyton Manning era is the defense can't get off the field in the playoffs (usually this happened against the Patriots where before the chode explosion Manning laid on their defense the entire second half of that championship game in 2006, the offense would also get owned by the Pats. That doesn't happen anymore).
I like what I'm seeing from our new DC. He's not bringing in a new system and trying to turn the Colts small DBs into ing Pittsburgh. But he is changing Dungy's Cover 2 defense up a little bit here and there, according to what the players in camp are saying. Basically all of them are like, it's mostly the same with a small change here and there to make certain coverages more effective based on the strengths of the personnel on the field. And I'm not really worried about the Harrison situation. Sucks that he's gone but he wasn't producing anymore. Gonzalez says he always followed Harrison around like a puppy at camp and practices and all of that so he could bounce ideas off of him and have his question answered by the second greatest receiver ever. I like that kind of work ethic and I think he'll have a good year. Will he be as good as Harrison? Probably not, but as long as he does better than he did last year I'm not really worried. We still have Wayne and Clark, and Addai is a pretty good in the receiving game too.
Mainly, I just hope Coach Caldwell has some balls when it comes to playcalling in the clutch. Dungy really didn't and that's why the Colts lost some close playoff games over the years.
Colts/Pats in the AFC Championship game
i am gonna be laughing when the steelers repeat
