I don't think you realize the Alamodome hasn't been shut down, it is still used a basketball venue..NCAA final fours have been held there frequently. The city has had talks about it being used during the NBA Finals. You can't say that about the forum.

of a place. I was in there not long ago at a boat show and I was imagining a b-ball game being played there. Wow! If I am not mistaken, wasn't it one of the loudest places to play in during the Spurs years there? AT&T is nice and all but I was talking with a Spurs buddy here and he told me that building the AT&T hurt the average Joe-Spur fan because the AT&T could only house so many.
