I don't know if it was them or that tool on 760 Mike Taylor that was ting on them last season. It just pisses me off that they want to start talking Texans football after trashing them last season. That is typical bag right there.

Texans rookie Cushing out with sprained knee

    By: John McClain

Brian Cushing, the Texans' first-round draft choice, will not play in Saturday’s preseason opener in Kansas City because of a sprained left knee.
Coach Gary Kubiak said after practice Wednesday that Cushing “will be out for awhile" and will be replaced in the starting lineup by Zac Diles.
Cushing, who was inserted into the starting lineup on the strong side from the first organized team activities in the offseason, complained of soreness in his knee on Tuesday. An MRI revealed the sprain in his knee.
Diles played the strongside last season and was leading the team in tackles when he suffered a broken leg during a special teams drill in practice.
Linebacker Kevin Bentley, who started in place of Diles last season, will move to the left side and back up Xavier Adibi.

Hopefully it doesn't turn into a lingering problem. The one knock on him was that he could be a china doll. I really hope that isn't the case.

Yup...thats what happens when you roid.

Ligament damage. Not good. He was known as being injury prone at USC. I can pretty much tell he is going to be an NFL bust.

This is one reason why I didn't really want him. He was too injury prone. I'd rather have had Clay Matthews. Brian Cushing is a beast, but he's like glass.

They looked good, Schaub was 7 for 7, 70 yards, Chris Brown ran for a TD, he is gonna complement Slaton really well.....Connor Barwin is a beast, and got his first sack James Casey is also a beast, he played special teams where he jacked up the returner, and made a one handed catch on offense

Pathetic effort by the defense. The second and third teams got owned by the Saints. The first team was not terrible but not good either. The offense is there, it just looks like they might have some trouble getting stops. Good thing they have two more games to work out the kinks.

Not worried about how bad the D looked vs a VERY VERY good Saints offense.

If their D holds up the freaking Saints could go to the Super Bowl. They are STACKED.

We couldn't stop the run to save our lives tonight. Most of it was lack of effort. They just got pushed around. It's just a preseason game though..and there were many positives to take out of it despite the bad defensive effort. If our D is still looking shaky going into the final preseason game then I will start to feel some concern.

unfortunately, the problem wasn't all New Orleans' offense...it was yours as well. 4 turnovers isn't going to bode well for anyone. Mike Bell did have a of a game, though, as did Arrington, for New Orleans, so they did look strong. The only thing that bugged me (being that the Texans are my second favorite team) was the turnovers.

Yeah, sure. Make an excuse. Face it, your D is not as good as you texans fans try to make it out to be. When will you all listen.

Look at going around 8-8 again this year homers.
