It's not one person, it's a system that site created that has usually been accurate. I think Manu's chances are a lot higher than 5%, but I don't think he's this first ballot lock like you think he is.

I'm not from San Antonio, I'm from Argentina and in Argentina the % is tought in hundreds not thousands, I know it's the same but we're more used to seeing and saying, for example, 100% instead of 1.000 %, that's why I didn't get the 0.020 right away.

But based on the way it's calculated, if over the next 3 years, JJ makes 2 AS games (likely since he's made the last 3), raises his PPG to 20 (likely since his best years are ahead of him), his HoF % goes up to 16%

Dont talk to DoK about the HoF. He knows absolutely nothing about it. In fact, he even thought there was an NBA HoF separately a few weeks ago. Probably explains why he now wishes there were 'separate' hall of fames.
