    Tim MacMahon/Blogger

Wade Phillips' Get Tough Plan is in full effect. The most recent evidence: He privately and publicly called out the Cowboys for Tuesday's sloppy practice.
"We weren't ready to play yesterday, and I was disappointed in practice yesterday mentally." Phillips said at his Wednesday press conference. "We've addressed that."
Hey, for a guy who complained during a team meeting about the critical media coverage of the Cowboys' ugly win over the awful Bengals, that's an awfully strong statement.
It's at least a sign of some discipline, putting it on a list with yanking players for pre-snap practice penalties and maximum fines for being overweight.
We'll see what happens when Wade really has a situation that requires a strong hand, but he's at least paid more than lip service for his post-Philly Flop vow to be "more demanding, more whatever."

I'm not buying it. The only time Wade puts his foot down is on the way to the bank or the buffet line.
