I guess we have a top 5. I want to discuss with you something. I will send you a PM.
I found the quote, actually I don't know what it means but reading well and being quoted with spurs hawks... sounds like a good thing for us![]()

clay...you have a really good trade proposal in you PM's!
btw.: bosh has a 93 and arenas has a 90! so no: he isnt better...dont know iggys rating now, but Arenas (healthy) deserves to be better than him...actually I thought Iggy would go in the 4th round or later
Obviously I disagree but everybody has his opinion. Iggy is a 20 / 6 / 5 guy and he is 25 years old and he is good defender, for me he deserved to be picked in the secound rounders. The only way I can think of picking arenas over him is just for a simulation game and I don't care about simulation game. Never ever as a GM I take Arenas over Iggy.
I'm going to hit up the basketball court then come home for the remainder of our draft. Looking to switch gears and add defense.
See ya'll in a bit.
nothing against Iggy, but stats dont tell the whole story...as he is on a fast paced team with not many other nice options...He is a nice 2nd option to have....in an 30 team league...which mkes him more likea 3rd or 4th rounder for me...if he fits well he might be a good 3rd rounder but there is now way I would tke him with my second pick. but sometimes we have to agree to disagree....actually I really like Iggy.
but would take arenas over him even with injuries.
sounds good...I had two training sessions today (as coach, but it was lot of fun today)...hopefully I will go to bet eralier than 8am today...not like the last session!
offered Parker+Z for Arenas+Pick!
can anyone stand in for the warriors today?
clay, the mentioned proposal was for you!
Is my team the showtime Lakers or the Bad Boy Pistons? Good dilemma to have
Steve Nash, Kobe Bryant, Vince Carter, Lamar Odom, Emeka Okafor, John Salmons, Nate Robinson, Boris Diaw, Samuel Dalembert, Chris Andersen, Bruce Bowen, Dahntay Jones
was mario chalmers drafted twice? sorry I missed the last 4 picks of the draft. My phone died on me at work and I had no means to charge it. TBH, I was gonna pick chalmers cuz I wanted a solid defensive backup that can shoot and work well within a system. Hibbert is koo too cuz I was lookin to get a shotblocker anyway.
Brazil, I Hustle & Chieflion, I want to proposal a trade to yall: Anthony Morrow for James Harden
thanks guys and special Phila... i wasn't able to make it on timei love my roster
![]()
Sorry. Anthony Morrow can't cut it for Harden. It is a lateral move. Not that I don't like Morrow's shooting.

Anyone looking for SF/SG? I wouldn't mind packaging one of my big guys (murphy/hawes) and Harrington for an upgrade at center
I don't think Okafor can run well, though Dalembert could. Who si your backup point guard? Nate Robinson?
Yeah. I am not going to play him at the 2 although the offense would be better that way. Besides, he's coming off the bench at point not starting, which would make it a different story. I won't sacrifice defense for a better offense, Big Nate isn't going to be guarding any shooting guards under my watch.
What do you think I drafted Bowen and his protege Dahntay for?![]()
My squad looks weak.
At least your honest about it. Make some trades! In this league you can get a lot for Iguodala/Gordon/Bosh
Its impossible. Any package I am willing to sacrifice would not net me anything better than Dirk.
Don't try to get a stud then. Just go after smaller upgrades.
And Iguodala/Eric Gordon/Chris Bosh is MUCH BETTER than just Dirk.
Washington Wizards Season Preview.
The Gaurds:
Mo Williams, Kevin Martin, Tyreke Evans, Ronnie Brewer, Mike Conley.
The starting backcourt of Mo Williams and Kevin Martin has plenty of fire power. Both players can create their own shots and will have plenty of opportunities to slice up defences with LeBron drawing most of the attention. Ball handling could prove to be an issue. Tyreke Evans and Brewer form a nice defensive duo, both with good length and quickness. They might not have the edge on other backcourts today, but this is a fine group, who compliment each other well and have a good window of opportunity in for years to come.
Grade: B+
The Forwards:
LeBron James, Rashard Lewis, Tayshaun Prince, Shane Battier, Kevin Love.
Definately the strength of the team lays up front. Whilst not your traditional SF/PF line-up, the combinations of LeBron, Lewis, Prince & Battier would create match-up nightmares at both ends of the court. Smart, savy defenders across the board, the passing lanes would never be safe, and your star wings would be fearing the nights they play the Wizards, with Battier, Prince, Brewer & Lebron taking turns to shut them down. They could definately be open to abuse from hefty frontlines like the Thunder, Rockets & Hawks, with only Kevin Love to offer any bulk. But on the opposite end, they'd surely return the favor. As many have said, it's not hard to win around LeBron, but the presence of shooters at virtually every other position makes shutting him down even the more harder.
Grade: A+
The Centers:
Greg Oden, Brendan Haywood.
Most definately the weakest point of the team, but one that certainly doesn't lack potential. Oden is not what we all expected yet, but he is already a servicable C, who provides the bulk and defensive presence in the middle this team needs to play the lanes and pressure opponents. Along with Love the rebounding is not as much a weakness as it might look on paper, but depth is certainly an issue with only Brendan Haywood providing any support off the bench. Oden would need to stay healthy and that might be a big ask. But, with the perimeter defence of the Evans, Brewer, Prince, Battier, Lewis & Lebron if Oden ever fullfils his potential as the stopper in the middle we all thought he would be, this could really be an elite defensive team.
