I wouldn't call it a Rockets practice this time of year.

Jeff Foster is reportedly at the Spurs practice facility quite often during the offseason. Could be that Sessions is working with John Lucas or something like that and does some stuff at the Rockets' facility too while he's there.

Of course if he's unsigned, it might be a tour of the grounds.

Because of Yao season ending injury the Rockets still have another MLE to use and perhaps they like Sessions. I expect the Bucks to match any full MLE offer though.

Anyhow, as Chumpdumper said above perhaps Sessions is like Jeff Foster and lives in the Houston area/ works out with the Rockets.

Could be luther head or something, by the way Bucks said they only gonna offer 3 mil for sessions.
