I've had extremely bad gas the whole night. Not sure what did it, turkey sandwich for lunch, chicken for dinner----im going to go with creatine and protein before and after workout-BUT i take that all the time and tonight its out of control. when I take a piss at a urinal I stand with my feet way out so I don't get piss on the bottom of my shoes- and sometimes, I feel the urge to touch the back walls of the urinal just becuase I want to see if it will change my life. I'm a complete germiphobe, who can only flush a urinal by hitting it with my closed fist, and can't open the door to get out of the restroom without using a paper towel. Despite all of this, I feel sudden urges to touch the inside of a urinal. I don't know why, and I never have.
