I've been looking forward to this.
Despite whether your a fan of Jimmy Page, The Edge, and/or Jack White, I think this will be an interesting do entary
I think my husband said they're showing it at Fiesta 16 in Sept.
I've been looking forward to this.
It looks great. My newspaper had a long article about it a couple of days ago. It includes an interview with Page, White, and Guggenheim.

Thanks for the info.
jack white, legend?
errrrrr okaaaaayyyyy
.... that's what she said.It Might Get Loud
yeah. i thought this was an off-shoot thread of angel luv's thread regarding her honeymoon.
That was my initial reaction, but from some trailers I've seen, I think it works.
Transcending ego
The three guitarists were chosen because each represents an era. Page, who is also an associate producer on the do entary, needs no introduction. His legacy, topped by the Led Zeppelin years, has inspired scores of actual guitarists and even more of the air variety. The Edge (real name: David Evans) is U2’s sound architect and gadget aficionado. Jack White is best known for his work in the White Stripes, and his guitar work is deeply rooted in the rich mud of American blues.
all the real legends are dead. SRV, jimi etc
Beat me to it!
I can see where S y would find it interesting as she was present at the inception of the electric guitar.
Just got back from seeing this. Regardless of what you think of the guitarists involved, it was a really good do entary. I was never a Jack White fan, but I now appreciate him as a musician after seeing this.
And since this is Spurstalk, YMMV
Jack White is quite the musician. If you get to see him live with one of his bands (White Stripes, Raconteurs, The Dead Weather, & soon as a solo artist) it's quite the experience.
Jack White is pretty good. Definitely one of the best in this generation.
Can't wait for the sequel
Then again it might not
