I only change names, add flags and all that stuff, once every six months or so. It's not on demand.ive been asking for my name to be changed for a while and Kori hasnt responded, asked 20 days ago
And secondly, people need to have a good reason for changing their user names, not just because they are feeling different this month. Some people have changed their user names 3-4 times already and it confuses other users.
Anyway, there's a thread stuck to the top of NBA forum where people can request name changes, color changes, flags and all that. It doesn't guarantee you'll get them but here's where they should go:

I am sick of all the racists here towards Greece. Towards Greek culture, and Greek people and all things to relation of Greece. I am very angry that I have asked many times for this to stop and it never does. I tell the racists also to shut up and piss off and they never stop.
I see that such remarks made to other countries are NOT allowed here. But anything can be said about Greece and Greeks. There are many racists and bigots here. if you complain about this they say you are "anti American" and that you have "bashed Americans".
