Only with guns in homes can Americans feel some safety. You have to disarm the gangs and thugs before you persuade the folks to drop their guns, as no one would like to even imagine how bad it sucks when you have to use sticks and vases to cope with an intruder armed with guns.

The only problem that I see a gun can't solve is a lack of ammo.

No problem can be solved by guns, oppositely the guns will only make things worse. Or for the most ideal scenario, the guns can squelch the conflicts temporarily and give us some minutes of peace. However, the next round of surges are grenades and bombs...

The problems of governance can't be solved by guns, instead I think impeachment will be a better option, at least for the president himself it is. Though I don't mind waiting another 41 months if America is tough enough to survive this span.
