Our son was born and died last night

Yesterday, for reasons that we will likely never know, my wife began having contractions. Shortly before 8 pm she delivered our son, Gabriel Ross. He died not long after in our arms. He was just over 20 weeks old. In what brief time we had with him we told him that we loved him, and how sorry we were. He had my eyes and her nose.

This place has always meant a great deal to Elizabeth and I. It has meant a lot to share in our joy with all of you. I just wish I had a happy ending to this story to share with you now. Don't miss a chance to tell someone how much you love them.
