Well, I'll take it. What happened to her was tragic and he did something stupid and horrible and probably should have served some time for it. He probably got away with it because of his family. Having said that, I believe the remainder of his life was a testament to his character in general; in short, I don't believe he was a murderer.

I just don't see the point of arguing that over and over. He did something wrong. He was charged and pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident and causing an injury. Should he have been charged with more? Possibly. Was he not charged with more because he was a Kennedy? Probably. If justice was not served, there are many people that should be blamed also.
