Seriously...........they made it seem like Chula Vista was going undefeated. It was sickening. I heard a comment here and there about SA........just like they do the Spurs, but it was OVERWHELMINGLY CALI. Here comes the big hitter, here comes the big hitters for Chula Vista..............then the 95lb SA guy comes to the plate and knocks in 2 runs!! LMAO

Im so damn glad they shut the crowd and those biased assed announcers up. YES!!!! Saytown.

I watched while bowling tonight..so no sound but I just KNEW that the announcers were going to be all over CV's jock with hardly any love for SA; so when the skinny kid hit the ball out of the park in the 5th it was sssooo sweet! I had to cheer "End of Game!" when that happened. And the SA pitcher's tiny satisfied smile after he struck out the the last CV batter was awesome.

Hope they can keep it up!

Yeah me too. It's single elimination now so hopefully they don't have a let down after the great game they played tonight. I usually somewhat watch the LLWS but i've been really into it this year and its been awesome to watch these kids kick ass over there! Keep it up guys!

I loved how Coach Shull went out to the mound just before the last pitch to settle his pitcher down. Told him to call his pitch...now that's showing confidence. "And smile the entire time..."

The coach is pure class. He did about the same thing Saturday. He just goes out gets them to relax and instill confidence in the boys.
Best line was "Yes Kiko, other players can hit home runs..."

Awesome game. The boys really showed up last night. The way they have been playing I know they can carry it over into tonights game.

On a side note I was reading the comments on MYSA.com and I thought this one was hilarious.

"These children should not be missing school for so-called "compe ive sports" anyway. All these contests do is serve to further macho stereotypes. We don't need a world with winners and losers. We need a world where everyone is equal. Organized sports, especially with kids in little league baseball, will always make the losing team members feel inferior. It is time to ban activities like this and put these children back in school. They can serve their communities better by working at a homeless shelter or volunteering to help dispel the lies about public option health care."

yeah, i like how they try to have a cool "pro" face but every now and then you get to see them smile the way only kids can and it makes the game so pure.
