My kid gets credit for this one. He found a bluebonnet on the school playground yesterday, picked it and made a wish - that it would rain. Now I have to thank him for the rain and tell him not to pick bluebonnets anymore, as I think it's illegal

That's a typo. It's .7 of an inch, not .07 of an inch.
