In Europe you are allowed to bet on friendly matches on international level.
Just because of this, a team can not loose on purpose because the fines they would get would be tremendous and they could even get excluded from international tournaments.
Well, I guess we should report and sue the Greek team then for ing up bets for a couple of hundred of people because they lost on purpose.
