The office director next door is the biggest ever. Their Regional Director is in town to just check up on them...OD introduces her to all her staff...we work for the same company, just in separate areas(she has no power over me)...and I'm all by myself and she just blows me off and doesn't bother to bring her over to me to introduce RD to me. Just to be polite. I would have taken her to everyone in the office and said, "Hey this is RD she's here for a couple days..."

Would it be rude to go introduce myself to her..."hey I do ____ for the same company" and then under my breath say "your OD so rudely neglected to introduce me." Then go back to my business?

I find it humorous when truly unreasonable/ rude customers threaten that my company is about to forever lose their business.

It is all I can do sometimes to not say with a huge grin:
" Really? You promise? Don't tease me now!"

Why people think my corporate office should/ would overlook my breaking firmly established, fraud preventing policy in order to satisfy a single unruly customer is beyond me.
I am not going to risk my job for anyone- least of all patronizing punks.

These newer quattros- not so much.

The quattro has become like one of those average television shows that you can start watching at any point of the season and know exactly where the plot has been and precisely where it is going.
It's only outrageous in a Desparate Housewives way.

I give it two rolled eyes.
