Man, now I need relationship advice!

I was chillin with my girl last night, and we were about to watch the Miama vs FL state game. Well, she got the munchies and said she was going in the kitchen to grab some chips. I was like WTF?....OK, go ahead, I guess I can trust you. About 38 minutes later, my girl comes walking around the corner with hot wings. I was really in pissed. 38 minutes to get in hot wings? when you said chip were on order? My girl said, she was on the phone with her aunt talking about the upcoming Spurs season. I then blurted out that "you in beotch"!!!! I cant trust your dumbass anymore". But, I didnt mean it. I mean I do love her and trust her. Sometimes the worst comes out of my mouth and I cant control it. To make a long story short............when she was in middle school with me, a kid wanted to open her locker for her and it pissed me off and I could no longer trust her. I just cant get that incident out of my mind.......I keep bringing up the trust issue with her. Now she is depressed and will not speak to me much. She says she loves me, but I keep bring 20yr old up to her. So, here I am in the bathroom, rubbin one out in the sink to her photograph. Tears are streaming down my face as I think about the pain I caused her. Thats good in a way, because the slick, salty tears makes a great lube and I can splack one out relatively quick. Anyways, what should I do? Will she come back to me? Or will I have to go into hiding and toss off all alone with my tears again?

You should seek counseling from a professional for your trust issues, as well as for your attention seeking traits. You have some very deep-seated issues to uncover and deal with. If you blow this advice off, you will probably continue to have insecurities throughout your life.
