This game is getting extremely favorable reviews, averaging an 8.9 or 9.0 from critics. Has anyone played this yet?

I forgot it came out until I stummbled across it on best buy online... I'm hoping to get it as my next gamefly rental. I absolutely loved the first one - this is supposed to be much better - at least career-wise. Rally racing games are my favorite by far... unfortunately anyone in a car with me immediately after I play one of them is not fond of rally racing games

mini ninjas is hilarious! my buddy loves playin' that game.

Played the first Dirt on my 360 and loved the career mode, the racing physics were also top notch. I've been looking forward to Dirt 2 coming out for a while, previews have been outstanding.
