I know you were joking, but it's a serious note. The overhead is satisfying stockholders, dividends and other costs (often elective) outside of creating jobs that a company may chose to do.

What's even more amazing, Darrin hatred of unions causes him to applaud the flight of American jobs abroad, just on the off chance that a few union workers -- fellow Americans -- will be laid off.
