He could have a chance. Plus, he gets to play Carolina twice this year. Delhomme is going to give him extra possessions.

True that. However, Brees will lead the league in TD's and yards. He is a great player and leader.

BTW, Mike Bell is a BEAST! And Reggie Bush is a vagina!

Brees is awesome, don't be surprised if he's in the same sentence as Brady or Manning as top notch qbs.

I wonder if the Chargers kept him would they have won a super bowl by now.

Mike Bell should be their starting running back.

    +1000000000000000000000

Bell is awesome and can run north and south. Bush, well,........... He's just an overrated vagina. If we can get any value by trading bush, we should pull the trigger. Pierre Thomas is still hurt, but showed last year that he was a better RB than Reggie, as is Bell. Reggie doesn't make 3rd string money though, he makes 1st string money. We don't need Reggie at all. We have 2 RB's better than him and 4 WRs better than him in Colston, Henderson, Meachem, and Lance Moore. Trade Reggie for a 2nd rounder and a good lineman and call it a steal.

I see Mike Bell being a waiver-wire steal. Dude is a baller!!!!

Nola has taken some chances on white guys w/ injury problems in both sports and they worked out differently.

Brees worked out Great! Peja didn't

    He's a UA alum.....of course he's a stud.

People forgot all the hype around this guy 3 years ago when Shanahan called him into his office to name him starter when Bell thought he was being called in by Shanahan to get cut.

Brees is a great player, but he played against Detroit today.

And I don't think he deserves to be discussed among names like Manning or Brady and Ben.(Ben does it ugly, but he gets it done, er is clutch). I've never seen anything spectacular from Brees in the post season and furthermore he hasn't been in the post season in a while.

    Just my opinion.

Tampa Bay's corners are terrible. WOn't he get them twice?

Thats 12 touchdowns in those games alone.

Yeah, they let Romo throw all over the field when Dallas really hadn't established the run yet.

The TD throw to Crayton looked like something out of Madden.

yes, especially if you consider the players they could have drafted instead of Philip Rivers, there was lots of talent in that draft.

That bas . I'm against him in one of my leagues. He scored 56 by himself... and the guy's team is now up by 80 or so

Philip Rivers better throw 7 TD's tonight.

Don't get me wrong, great regular season player but thats it. Don't let fantasy stats against Detroit convince you otherwise.

If he was on Tom, Peyton, and Ben's level, he'd be getting his teams into the playoffs on a regular basis AND doing well there. And don't tell me its because of the Saints D. The Colts have never had a dominating defense and Peyton still gets them in the playoffs. Thats what players like Peyton, Brady, and Ben do. THEY get their teams into the playoffs. And the fact that they do it regularly only speaks more of their greatness.

So, no Brees doesn't belong in the discussion. Their offense is made for the QB to put up stats. Thats it.

And if you are going to retort, please do so with something well thought. Something that contains substance. Because fact of the matter is, when you respond with "Your an idiot" you only prove that I am right and you are wrong. That you have no argument. At least try to convince me Im wrong. Im always open to discussion that makes me question what I believe.

Of course, iff you are from LA., I doubt anything that resembles intelligence will come out from you....just my opinion.
