I think only Juggernaut you canget through pre-order. They better be available for everyone eventually.

Yes there is online 4 player co-op.

I dislike pre-order gimmicks too, even though sometimes they're nice if you get like a t-shirt or something cool on the exterior like that out of it. But in game content is cheesy.
