USC doesn't lose a spot or two for almost losing?
Playing the #8 team in the country at their home? Yeah, they should definitely fall a spot or two.
only natural for usc to gain some ground.
What is the purest pathetic display of how gay college rankings are, is how Bama actually picked up some first place votes.
They're quickly becoming the most overrated team of latter 00's.
Go Coogs! Finally ranked.
Class of 04.

they were ranked before.....number 25 then out the following week, i remember seeing it in the paper, i think it was around the kevin kolb era
florida has done nothing to indicate it has no business being number one and no one else has suggested they are more deserving. of course, the gators have beaten a couple of parochial schools to this point.
Go Cougars. May have to make the trek to Houston to watch them kick the out of Tech next week.
that would be a joy.
Oregon State wins and drops in the AP poll. Unbeavable.
cool your jets...unlv aint that great.
why isnt utsa on this list? i thought coker was supposed to turn them around?
How are some of you able to have your team logo in your info? Thats pretty tight.
Been a while since I been in the college forum, but that doesnt change the fact that maybe I should have looked if anything was stickied before posting lol.
They aren't, but the MWC refs tried to screw us and we still won. This weekend will be a HUGE test when Cincy visits. If we win we should be in the Top 20 for sure.
I did the exact same thing an hour or two ago.

This is the utter absurdity of polls. Or, better yet, those voting.
Houston beat Oklahoma State, 45-35, in Stillwater, Okla., on Saturday, yet the Cougars (No. 21) find themselves five places behind the Cowboys (No. 16) in the new Associated Press poll.
What, the 10-point road win wasn't enough to convince voters that Houston is better than Oklahoma State and, therefore, should be ranked higher?
