As I recall, no one ever accused Bush of pushing politics on children.
The precedent for getting in a tizzy about students being addressed by the POTUS was set in the days leading up to the Obama speech.

Is it because the video is led 7 minutes of silence and it's only 6 minutes long? I think calling it propaganda for that reason is kind of a stretch, but I assume that's what you're trying to get us to notice.
