You don't need a Texas registration sticker in Mexico.
There shouldn't be a special form other than the regular Texas Dept of Transportation form that is turned in with the Application for le.
On a truck I sold in 2004. I didn't know until yesterday that there is a form you are supposed to fill out and send to Texdot telling them you sold a vehicle and who you sold it to..apparently this jerkoff never transferred the le...I don't know how the he is getting registration stickers...

Actually there is...I didn't know it either. It's called a vehicle transfer notification (form VTR-346)

nope...all of $6.32...I was just aggravated the dude didn't transfer the truck. I belatedly sent in my VTR-346 and don't have to pay the bill.
