Thank god the law doesn't give him access to drugs like marijuana. An overdose of that would kill him. Thankfully alcohol is relatively harmless and non-destructive. Go Hoff.
David Hasselhoff was taken by ambulance to a hospital because he again has alcohol poisoning, RadarOnline.com learned exclusively.
The Hoff was taken from his home to an Encino, CA hospital Sunday afternoon after 911 was called.
Sadly, Hoff was hospitalized with alcohol poisoning in May.
Hasselhoff was home with his 17-year-old daughter Hayley and his male assistant and was on a bender. The Hoff had been drinking for more than a day, a source told RadarOnline.com. He recently wrapped taping for America's Got Talent and shortly after began boozing heavily on vodka.
When he appeared to be in physical danger 911 was called and he was transported to the hospital. His daughter went with him and was crying heavily.
And RadarOnline.com has also learned exclusively that the actorhas been hospitalized with alcohol poisoning more than five times during the past few years.

David Hasselhoff says he wasn't drunk yesterday -- he wasn't even drinking and yesterday's drama was all a misunderstanding over an ear problem.
As we first reported, paramedics went to Hasselhoff's home yesterday and took him to the hospital -- this, after his daughter Hayley called her mom and sounded an alarm. Pamela says she was told David had been drinking and one of her friends then called 911.
Hasselhoff's people tell us he was being treated by his family doctor for an ear infection and was taking Antivert. Hasselhoff was also taking Antabuse, which prevents alcoholics from drinking. The Hoff's camp says the combination of drugs messed up his equilibrium, he was feeling sick and wasn't able to reach his family doctor.
Team Hasselhoff says when paramedics arrived David decided to go to the hospital -- not because he was drinking but to help with the equilibrium problem.
Hasselhoff's people say he was released an hour after being treated at the hospital.

his video should not come out. There are so many families being destroyed by alcohol, and I know it from examples which done on my eyes as well as from hearing.
You can tell by the tone in her voice that she is getting sick of seeing him that way. Dealing with a family member who is addicted to any type of drug is not easy. I had to deal with my brothers addiction to Heroin for a long time and after a while I just started to feel anger toward him because his actions were not only affecting him but the rest of our family.
He fell Hoff the wagon, drank a Hoff-ful lot of alchoHoff, and had to be rushed to the Hoffpital.
Hasselhoff is depressed because of the Mavs's inability to win a championship.
