Paul is better at flopping his way to the free throw line, and in his prime, Ginobili was better at drawing an offensive foul via the flop.
If you could combine Paul's flopping skills on offense with Ginobili's flopping skills on defense, you'd have a truly gifted acting got.
I've never seen Manu flop like a fish after an opposing player has caught him mid flop, and then continue to flail about while he is in the arms of said player.
So no, Paul takes the crown.

It's difficult for me personally to get a good hate for Manu. He doesn't coax that sentiment. He's aloof & cold in his effectiveness. Paul is very inflammatory, especially during this last season ('09). He played angry and that is not productive in the long haul. With Paul it's personal. With Manu, its just business.
