I hate to beat a dead horse.....but those jerseys are Chinese colors. The Rockets are about as UnAmerican as you could possibly be, from the arena, to the big stars, and now the jerseys. Rooting for them is like rooting against America

we already went through this last year, they are a group from Hong Kong which is a big difference. Hong Kong is more capitalistic than the USA, while mainland China (the Rockets) are communist. Hong Kong is "Chinese" on from tradition, but it is a separate en y. This is why people say "mainland China" when they are referring to all the evils of the world (like them funding genocide)- they say that to keep Hong Kong out of that mix.

Hong Kong= Good
Mainland China=Bad

proof of this is that the investment group from Hong Kong was able to buy 15% of the Cavs, while Yao had to strike a deal with his government to be allowed to play basketball for the Rockets (which included paying upwards of 50% of his salary (after taxes) back to China) Big difference

I enjoy our team, its a group of tough nosed, hard worker, good character guys. Sure our stars haven't been exceptional but our team is in good hands with Morey. We have always been in the mix, maybe not the favorites, but definatley in the mix. Cleveland is...well....I mean its just a sad sad place. With Lebrons impending departure, you are gonna have like ten years of the Anderson Varejao show. Just thinking about that, kinda makes me want to kill myself.
