    I'd take her over McCain.

    Wow.

The fact that Sarah Palin is taken seriously as a possible contender for the presidency in 2012 is proof why the Republican party as it stands today is a complete and total farce of itself. This is coming from someone who used to be as much of a Republican as possible.

Personally I hope that Palin doesn't run for President and even worse, get the nomination. I think she is a very nice person and hasn't deserved the unabashed hatred she has been subject to but I think she is simply unqualified to be President and would be a bad one...just like Obama.

Palin did a good job in Alaska. She was a libertarian more than Conservative, or Bible thumper. She had more job experience than BHO, then again the guy working at McD's has more experience with working than him. Also she got elected and actually did something besides campaign.

Can you say someone did a good job when they didn't even complete that job? She's a quitter.

It references the speech in question. I found it in 10 seconds on google. I'm sure if you're really curious you can find more excerpts.

There are better candidates in the DEMOCRATIC PARTY.

What's scary isn't OBAMA so much as his inchoate, unreflective base of support. For the most part, OBAMA supporters are even more inarticulate and *intuitive* than he is.

I think he's bad for the DEMOCRATIC PARTY. he'll galvanize the base while driving away independents and party moderates who trust him even less.
    fixed...and more appropriate.

Obama may be a lot of things, but inarticulate isn't one of them.

That said, he could turn out to be a heavy, heavy millstone for the Dems in 2012 if the economy and the war in Afghanistan don't come around.

well I can guarantee you right now neither the economy nor the war in afghanistan will come around. how can they so soon? not even if we had baby jesus as president.

All she is is an attack dog. All her speeches are filled with hate and accusations. I'd be ok with that if she didn't play the victim card every single time someone came after her. How can anyone respect someone who runs her mouth and talks a lot of and then cries about how unfair everyone is to her when they give it right back?

Accordingly to Obama, they will. You either have baby jesus as a president or a liar.

    H. Clinton does that all the time. Also I don't think she does what you are saying as much. She was attacked, personally, by the media. They were pretty vicious with her so she wants to hit back. Her biggest problem was being thrown under the bus by mccain and his people.
