I bought some over the counter topical cream a friend suggested. If it doesn't show any relief by Monday, I'm going to see a dermatologist.

I've had a small cyst-like thing under my lip for like a year now. They said it was just an infected hair follicle that solidified or something.
Did you have a pimple in the general area before the growth formed? Most likely a doc is gonna put you on anti biotics (which won't do ) and tell you to wait till the prescription is out... once it's out he'll say to come back if nothing happens and he might lance it.
