I don't even know where to start with this.
I have this growth on my face which appears to be a pimple but it's not. I've had it on my face for almost two weeks now and it won't go away. Anybody know what it could be? Should I see a dermatologist? Please don't make fun of my misfortune. I've suffered enough with this thing on my face.

Im not sure what that is, does it itch?, if its still bothering then you should really see a dermatologist.

go to webmd, usually a good place to start short of a doctor

It doesn't itch and there's no pain. It's just a bump on my face that looks awful. Hmm. Typically boils and cysts hurt to the touch, no?

It could be a number of things and most likely is just a clogged pore/follicle.
See a derm.
Everything looks good on this end
or stick a needle in it and be done.

That's always the first thing to do.
Then see a derm.
she might not have derm insurance.
Don't forget to heat the needle up with a lighter first.
wont that leave a perm mark on your face?

A derm will stick a needle in it and inject it. Might as well be you.
I have one like that in exactly the same place. You get them right before the liver spots.
