Amazing how Cowboys and Raiders fans are so quick to want to get rid of the quarterback after a loss. Let me ask each fanbase one question: How good was the team before he arrived?

I'm not saying to get rid of him. But he's been ing terrible.
Anyone who thinks this is based off one game is re ed. This is Russell's 3rd year, IM is right. Unless he turns it around, move on after the season. Some bad decisions you can use the inexperience excuse, but some of his are nothing more than a stupid QB with an extremely low football IQ.
But what did you really expect from the Raiders at this point? The trick is to see how he follows up such a brutal performance.

It's not. Today's game was nothing more than someone like IM's straw that broke the camel's back. There were plenty of bad games that built up to this point.
They were a little better with Aaron Brooks at helm.
True, he's been horrible, I don't know what anybody saw in him. He's a very below average quarterback whos accuracy is awful.
Obviously the fact he can throw 65 yards laying on his back. That's such an important quality to have in your QB.
His physical tools are great and he was a beast in college! Its just hindsight to say that everyone saw this coming IMO.
I was Russell's biggest fan when he was drafted. He had 3 solid games to end the season. He has regressed immensively. It's not 1 bad game. Its 3 horrible games in 3 weeks. Not sure I've ever seen someone look this lost when he's in the pocket.
DumbMarcus Russell should be bench. I've had it with him. Maybe well have better luck with Gradkowski. another season with at least two wins!!!!!

That is why I disagreed with the Raiders letting Garcia go. Not a smart move, IMO.
