I researched this when I read about it. This machine is incredible.

We're talking about 75% body weight, 18 mph for some people (of course it's not all about speed).
I think you might get a lot of the same benefitsdoing exercises in the pool..low tech but effective, cheap and low risk.

I think the idea with the ag is that you can exercise very quickly and train your muscles to react quickly, which you can't do in a pool.

With Tim being 15 lbs. lighter and having pain-free knees hopefully TD can dominate like we all know he can. This team of guys and the Spurs fans deserve to see the Big 3 all healthy and injury-free for one whole Season because I think we know what this team is capable of....

It's more, honestly, than I would have thought Duncan could lose without looking puny. Will be interesting to see the pics from media day.
    I lost 25lbs in 5 months and still that's not much/enough/.

Timmy has less body fat then me but he is bigger then me.

all in all this lbs loss can bring some profits

Last year everybody were excited about Finley lossing some pounds, and that did not helped much

And it's just wow that Timmy at his age is in constant 'get better' mindset

I see the smiley, but I still can't understand how you just compared Fin and Tim.

    Close, but not quite.

With pool exercising, the water creates a force that pushes back on your legs. This means that you cannot have truly the same gate as you would out of the pool.

    Great news.

Plus, since Shaq is not the same player and that he's in the East, Timmy can afford to be lighter

I think the pool did him a lot of good. Probably more than the treadmill.

I thought he was supposed to be resting. Exercising in the pool doesn't help tendonosis.

I can't imagine Duncan saying he is NOT pain free after 5 months of no basketball.

Swimming is a great exercise and sure helped a lot.
The best for a >30 years old, except for hot sand treatments.

Duncan will probably average less than 30mpg and will be OK.
