I think the idea with the ag is that you can exercise very quickly and train your muscles to react quickly, which you can't do in a pool.
I think you might get a lot of the same benefitsdoing exercises in the pool..low tech but effective, cheap and low risk.

With Tim being 15 lbs. lighter and having pain-free knees hopefully TD can dominate like we all know he can. This team of guys and the Spurs fans deserve to see the Big 3 all healthy and injury-free for one whole Season because I think we know what this team is capable of....![]()
I lost 25lbs in 5 months and still that's not much/enough/.
Timmy has less body fat then me but he is bigger then me.
all in all this lbs loss can bring some profits
Last year everybody were excited about Finley lossing some pounds, and that did not helped much
And it's just wow that Timmy at his age is in constant 'get better' mindset
I see the smiley, but I still can't understand how you just compared Fin and Tim.
I mean that it may help or may not.
Close, but not quite.
With pool exercising, the water creates a force that pushes back on your legs. This means that you cannot have truly the same gate as you would out of the pool.
Manu made his rehabilitation last year in a Pool
Check his website in the Home under the Photos in MANUTUBE this Movie and all his movies
Great news.
Plus, since Shaq is not the same player and that he's in the East, Timmy can afford to be lighter
Well, it sure beats flipping tires..
Tim at beginning of last season = Tim at end of this upcoming season.
Laker fan is scared.
Those 40 minutes they will be playing against ...
I think the pool did him a lot of good. Probably more than the treadmill.
Timmy's knees are thanking him right now.
we still have 82 games to go until playoffs. let us pray...
I thought he was supposed to be resting. Exercising in the pool doesn't help tendonosis.
I can't imagine Duncan saying he is NOT pain free after 5 months of no basketball.
Swimming is a great exercise and sure helped a lot.
The best for a >30 years old, except for hot sand treatments.
Duncan will probably average less than 30mpg and will be OK.
