can't wait, hope to hear some Mcdyess sound bytes.
TP didn't sound mad about the ankle 'thing' in the summer
He also said in the first couple of weeks he'll only shot FTs and Js with Chip and work with Brungardt.
TP worked with Chip a lot in France
Other than having 50 angles, what is the purpose of the half ring of 50 cameras?

So they can get that "Matrix effect," if that makes sense.
That's a set up for "bullet time" effect, where a series of shots from different angles are pieced together to make a 360 degree perspective while the motion slows--it was first (i think) developed for the Matrix movies...my guess is they're probably doing some shooting for footages to be used later in the season...
Jefferson pronounced good to go

Richard Jefferson, who had been nursing a dislocated thumb on his shooting hand, has been cleared to participate fully when the Spurs begin training camp practices tomorrow.
"The thumb is fine," Jefferson said this afternoon at the team's annual media day. "It's totally a non-issue. I was surprised it got so much attention. It was nothing more than I jammed it."

Jefferson, acquired in an offseason trade with Milwaukee, suffered the injury in a pickup game at the Spurs practice site a week and a half ago.
Prior to media day festivities, Jefferson shot around without a brace, and without any ill effects. He says he has been "cleared to go 100 percent."
"If I was planning on milking it, the first two days would be the time to do that," Jefferson joked. "But I'm not going to milk it. I want to get out there and play with play with my teammates."
Spurs coach Gregg Popovich said he didn't expect Jefferson to be limited in practices.
"He's ready to go," Popovich said. "Hopefully, he'll just keep his hands to himself for a while."
