Thanks a lot for this. You guys are doing a great job keeping us in tune with whats happening.
Awesome! Couldn't see the live broadcasts from work....![]()
Three things:
1) Tim looks ultra lean.
2) Blair looks in great shape.
3) McDyess looks like a pimp in a Spurs jersey.

I guess Mike Fin wasn't there today. Haven't seen any pictures of him.
He was. He's in one of the clips of them setting up before the Jefferson interview.
Man.....Timmy looks ultra lean in picture #34. I mean, really lean.
Dyess does look pimp. All he needs is this![]()
Need, Got to have, must have:
1) More Bonner pics
2) More pics of cameras by themselves
3) More Cowbell

Manu feelin' fine and other postcards from media day
By Jeff McDonald
Not long into his stint at Spurs media day this afternoon, coach Gregg Popovich uttered the words fans have been waiting to hear for most of the summer.
Manu Ginobili, at long last, has a clean bill of health.
"He's healed," Popovich said. "The spot where he had the stress fracture is 100 percent healed. That's the most important thing."
Audio: Manu Ginobili talks at media day
Ginobili, hobbled intermittenly with ankle issues since the 2008 playoffs, missed the final four games of last year's regular season and all of the postseason with a stress fracture in his right distal fibula. He spent much of the offseason in Argentia, nursing the injury by mostly doing nothing.
It was only within the past few weeks that he returned to basketball activities, playing one-on-one, two-on-two and some limited five-on-five at the Spurs practice facility. He has been cleared to participate fully in training camp, which opens Tuesday.
"I feel good, no pain or anything," Ginobili said. "I'm just rusty, of course, and a little out of shape. I think I'm going to be able to start the season full steam."
Other notes, quotes and anecdotes from today's media day:
* Tim Duncan says the sore knees that bothered him for the last half of last season are feeling better after he lightened his offseason training regimen. Duncan eschewed the tossing of truck tires -- "like the strongest man in Denmark," Popovich cracked -- and running on the hill behind the practice facility in favor of more swimming and light weights.
Popovich will probably limited Duncan a bit during training camp and the preseason, in order to keep him fresher for the regular season.
"I'll use a lot of the preseason to really get in game shape," Duncan said. "Hopefully, I can survive through more of the season and my body can hold up a little better than last season."
* Newcomer Richard Jefferson flashed his renowned sense of humor. Asked if he thought he was brought in to help take scoring pressure off of Duncan, Jefferson deadpanned: "I've told him that multiple times, that's why they brought me in here -- because of his deteriorating body. I tell him he should be thanking me more than I'm thanking him."
* Antonio McDyess, another newcomer, will wear No. 34 instead of the No. 24 he donned for most of his 13-year career. That's because Jefferson will sport No. 24. "He beat me here," McDyess said.
* Center Matt Bonner had perhaps the most eventful summer of any Spur. His wife, Nadia, gave birth to the couple's first child on June 19 -- Father's Day, no less. Evangeline Vesper Bonner takes her middle name from a James Bond love interest. Bonner's proudest moment so far? "She started sleeping through the night at six weeks," he said.
Damn, Tim looks badass in pic 34.
Solid D...I know. I think Matt Bonner was purposely getting in the way when someone was taking a picture.
Did Manu patch up? The spot...????
Funny how in pic 2 he's wearing shorts with the suit. I oughta try that look.
Here's some for the TD fans (228)

Yes! That's the one I noticed. He looks good, but he didn't lose his mound of rebound.![]()
Great interviews & photos...Tim looks like he's ready for #5 and McDyess and Blair look like they're ready to get some rebounds and hoist a trophy up high.
Thanks for posting!
It would be nice to hear something, anything regarding Mr. Haislip. I'm not sure about his basketball IQ or his ability to pick up the Spurs' system. I guess we'll see for ourselves soon enough.
