expandable to only 16GB, which you have to purchase yourself - it comes with 4GB at the same cost as the 16GB 3GS. too little, too late. It might have been better compe ion for the 3G iPhone
Well im not going to deny that the Iphone has been the leader in the cell phone market that last few years. Its been the best and they never had compe ion. I think they do now, plus tmobile advertises the out of their stuff so im sure we will see more mytouch users in the near future.
I think Sandisk has a 32 gb microsd card out now.
Did they add a proximity sensor yet, and are you still stuck with only being able to store apps on the on board memory, or can you use the SDHC card yet?
with that added cost, you could get the 32GB iPhone and a much better UI.
Well I was in the market for a new phone. The g1 is a crap phone. Mytouch wasn't out and I'd gotten a hold of an iPhone and it blew me away. A couple of friends have a mytouch. I played with it and I've seen numerous video reviews and I made the best choice for what was out at the time. Mytouch is good but not that good. If you were with tmobile and wanted a smartphone then you did good with a mytouch. That is until you compare them both. It was a nice effort but no game changer. Tmobile practically stole the name too

Yeah I dont doubt that the iphone is the hw champ. The G1 was crap. I think at the end of the day the comp is good for consumers. There are things I dont like about this phone but I agree its by far the best Tmobile has to offer. Unlocked phones can be a pain in the ass so I didnt do it. I def upgraded from the Blackberry pearl. The main thing that turns me away from iphone is that they are only with ATT. ATT sucks ass as far as plans and prices. Tmobile takes care of their customers and I pay 49.99 for unlimited nation wide mins. ATT was 99.99......... THAT!!

Yeah. I'm not too happy with the extra cost and service. That's why I'm excited about next year when supposedly the AT&T exclusive runs out and the next gen Pre will be. I was with tmobile for about 10 years and I actually hated leaving them but........
