Kiss is so overrated. They had two good songs. Has anybody mentioned the Eagles? "You got an easy peacefull feeling"

    Kiss is so overrated.
You must be young. Go back to Kiss's first three albums they paved the way for hard rock. They had a unique sound and the creativity of the face paint and on stage fireworks was ground breaking. They have more platinum and gold albums then many bands combined.

You may not like them now and they are not what they once was but they earned their spot on the top 10 list.

(Pssssst! remember we are talking the 70s!)

    Thin Lizzy (Best. Band. Ever.),
    UFO,
    Deep Purple,
KISS (before they became cartoon parodies of themselves),
Ted Nugent (before he became a complete right-wing crackpot),
    Aerosmith (before they discovered sobriety).

Black Sabbath's & AC/DC's output in the 70's was far superior to anything that they've released since then as well.

Led Zeppelin. It's all about Led Zeppelin.

I wasn't alive in the 70s but the decade easily possessed the best music ever.

Led Zeppelin is at the top, with Pink Floyd a distant second, then AC/DC.

Anything that Pink Floyd did was good whether it was the trippyness of The Dark Side of the Moon or the badassness of The Wall...

crazy how i still don't think they come close to Led Zeppelin in terms of musical diversity and the fact that Robert Plant was sick on vocals

Just my opinion though, what do I know?
