That might just be the way he handles himself when he knows he's in front of cameras.
He's a 20 year old kid from the slums of Pittsburgh, he's not that comfortable when there's 5-10 cameras and mics in his face.

I guess he also speaks of himself in the third-person sometimes as well

Blair is not very enthused. He's been like that in all the interviews I've seen or heard.
I guess that's just his demeanor.
I think thats great about him, he is quiet, focused, does not show off or talk . He stays cool, looks like a good fella. I like him, sympathetic guy! I think he really fits in the Spurs and the Spurs image.

I really just think that's how DeJuan is. He's probably just extremely focused on basketball and proving all the doubters wrong while helping the Spurs any way he can.

He's probably thinking WTF its the same answers as yesterday..

I like how some guy asked him about draft day all over again....when he's already been answering those same exact questions since draft night.

If Blair can bring his game to the table in the NBA, the Spurs will be hard to beat.

It's about time I heard from Dice since he never had a press conference. I hope we win it just for Dice.

Just some things on tonight's scrimage.

Haislip had a nice put back slam over Ian and DeJuan

Manu was impressive, still working back into game shape

DeJuan hit a couple 15 footers showing that he can be a threat on the pick and pop

    Nothing new really.
    Great googly moogly....

Maybe not, but this off season was way too long. It's nice to hear anything. Thanks for keeping us posted.

Still athletic as . He is running with the second group, which for now is the summer league and Jefferson/Mason.

First group is still TP/Manu/Finley/Bonner/Duncan. My bet is that the first group will remain the first group for now because they have been in the system the longest.
Thanks, did Ian do anything impressive? Was he rebounding/moving/slashing/altering shots? How did he fit in with Hill?

Man, if Blair could develop his shot like Baby Fat, that would be a nice luxury.

Today was mostly going through the motions.

Please keep in mind that I am not even in the state of Texas right now. This is second hand.
Ya, I figured it was like that, but I thought you were there. Thanks.

It wasn't Don Harris. Don Harris asked the question if he still carried the chip on his shoulder from summer league into practice.

Yeah there are two draft related question. Don was the first with the do you still have the chip on your shoulder from draft night, not sure who was the second.

    Some notes from today:

Today was an introduction to the Spurs system. The starters from last season show how plays are run

the Spurs did some fundamental things, passing, defense shooting

Manu looked very good shooting wise. He was making a lot of corner and wing 3s and draining mid range jump shots.

Blair has amazing hands, if the ball comes near him he is getting it.

Malik Hairston was agressive and made some strong plays

George Hill comes into camp very confident, he should be vocal in the team's offense and defense.
No disrespect intended, but I was wondering, how is it you have this information?
