    The way they were able to cluster the events together in four areas so close to each other is impressive. And the natural beauty is stunning.

    But infrastructure was glossed over - the test will be if the rail / highway improvements will actually be built.

    Also, it would be nice if entire chunks of the city were in control of the government, and not drug gangs - who directly employ over 100,000 people in Rio alone.

    But I wish Rio the best - this could be the catalyst for major improvements if handled correctly. Nicely done.
