If the law allows the cop to pull someone over merely on the su ion of underaged driving, then yes. If not, no. As mookie said, cops have no problem finding legitimate reasons to pull someone over.

Well you can't quite fault people for thinking there was some partial racial aspect to your post, as many thought race played a part in that issue.
Would it make more sense for people not to be s to cops? Of course. But, in some cases, they do have the right to.
If you don't want the cop to look in your trunk, then you don't have to. It's your freedom from unreasonable search and seizure.
It would be nice to talk about race without people getting all upset or thinking you are a racist. I really really really was hoping with Obama being president that would change.
