    when he was a spur, i don't remember him making many big shots. although through the 4 years he was a spur, i pry watched a total of 100 games or so, he didn't look as good as he was hyped to be. i think the spurs just missed his prime, and he's not needed now

    Um, no. The only thing worse than a pump-faking three point shooter is a pump-faking three point shooter that can't actually put it on the floor after said pump-fake. I'm sure the Spurs can find someone on the pre-season roster to stand at the three point line and pass up open shots if there's a defender within 12 feet of him.

    Kerr was a pest on defensive and was quicker. Barry doesn't bring anything but shooting and passing...too slow nowadays.

    He was part of the reason the Spurs could beat the Suns at their own game. I think it was the 2005 playoffs when he did the exact job he was supposed to: hit threes when Tim passes out of a double.
