I don't think he is IP banned because he used proxy software. I think he is screenname banned because he shows up below sometimes as an observer. He could easily show back up as KBP2 or something lol.

Why the fact was he banned anyway? I've seen tons of posters here saying worst things about Argentina than anything that KBP has said, but I don't give a about that 'cause I know they're just trolling. Which is exactly what KBP does.
