God, she's ing ugly. (so, I'll spare you the picture)
COLUMBUS, Ga. – A federal judge in Georgia fined a leader of the movement challenging President Barack Obama's citizenship and warned her against using the legal system to pursue "political rhetoric and insults."
U.S. District Judge Clay D. Land's scathing 43-page order Tuesday said California lawyer and dentist Orly Taitz filed "frivolous" litigation and attempted to misuse the federal courts to push a political agenda.
Taitz, a leader of the so-called birther movement, sued in Georgia federal court on behalf of Army Capt. Connie Rhodes. Rhodes sought to avoid deployment to Iraq by claiming Obama wasn't born in the U.S. and that he was "an illegal usurper, unlawful pretender and unqualified impostor."
Do ents show the president was born in Hawaii.
Land, appointed in 2001 by President George W. Bush, had already dismissed the lawsuit, but Taitz continued filing motions. He said he fined her $20,000 "as a deterrent to prevent future misconduct and to protect the integrity of the court."
"The absolute absence of any legitimate legal argument, combined with the political diatribe in her motions, demonstrates that Ms. Taitz's purpose is to advance a political agenda and not to pursue a legitimate legal cause of action," Land wrote.
He added that while Taitz's speech is protected by the First Amendment, "the federal courts are reserved for hearing genuine legal disputes, not as a platform for political rhetoric and insults."
Taitz told The Daily Report that Land's order is "an absolute outrage."
"All I can say is that this order is issued with a goal to intimidate me, harass me and retaliate against me for bringing a legitimate action on behalf of my client," she said.

A little mannish.. but not what I'd consider fugly.
@ the 20k fine. Stupid .
If you Obama freaks can answer me this I would appreciate it. Why not end any of these nutjobs conspiracy theories and show his birth certificate. He is the President of the United States. You think they would bronze the mother er and put in the smithsonian for the world to see. Instead he feed the crazys by ignoring their stupidity. I just don't get it. Did he lose it or something?
Will a certified copy do?
Why should he have to prove something that there is no legitimate dispute about? If he gives in to that, who's to say what else people are going to insist that he disprove.
Is this really not enough?

Maybe because he wants to bring the people together. This is pretty much my opinion on the entire birther stupidity.
I disagree that there is no legitimate dispute. There is ample uncertainty about Obama's cir stances of birth to legitimize a dispute.
I happen to believe Obama was born in Hawaii. However, given the cir stances of his birth, his parents' nationalities and all the unconventional truths about his upbringing, I can see where a legitimate dispute might arise.
I do agree with this and also believe the matter is settled and the birthers should just move on but, it's a free country.
I don't care if they do or not. When a newspaper archive reporting his birth isn't enough, what will be? What's the point? No matter what someone does, they will find cause to dispute it, just like the 9-11 truthers do.
Obviously a forgery. The father's race should be "muslim" and the mother's race should be "socialist".
"This copy serves as prima facie (legally sufficient) evidence of the fact of birth in any court proceeding."
Yeah well she's about as legitamate as say a media benjiman, and look how far she went.
What "uncertainty" is there? Because there really isn't any to me and most people.
And what do you mean by "cir stances" and "unconventional truths about his upbringing"? His upbringing has nothing to do with the fact of his U.S. birth. After his birth, it doesn't matter where he went to school or resided.
lol
"ample uncertainty about Obama's cir stances of birth to legitimize a dispute"
You Lie. Yoni's a birther.
